With over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, John has established a proven track record of helping clients navigate the complexities of both residential real estate and home financing.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Colorado State University, John began his career as a Drill Operator and Environmental Staff Geologist. However, seeking a career with greater flexibility for family life, he transitioned into real estate in 2001.

​

Starting with property management, John obtained his Real Estate License in 2003 and worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Denver Metro area until 2008. During this time, he also pursued a career as a Licensed Loan Originator, which led him to focus exclusively on residential home loans in 2008. Over the years, John has collaborated with respected organizations such as Home Real Estate, Stix and Stones Fine Colorado Properties, Keller Williams Realty, Centennial Loan Advisors, Pride Real Estate Lending, Universal Lending Home Loans, and MAC5 Mortgage, helping clients secure financing to achieve their homeownership goals.

In March 2024, John renewed his Real Estate License, driven by his passion and commitment to guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. With deep expertise in both real estate and residential lending, he offers clear, expert advice to help clients build secure financial futures. As a dedicated Lending Professional, John serves his community with a relationship-based approach to real estate.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring the Colorado outdoors.
